Wash your f*cking hands wooden wall sign

Recovered by the Ruinkeepers in the remains of a roadside tavern believed to have been the infamous Crooked Lantern located in the outskirts of Valtherra.
The sign once hung beside a wash basin near the entrance.

Historians believe the tavern was operated by a woman known only as Oriya, an innkeeper famous for her blunt temper, her fear of sickness, and the belief that she harnessed the power of an ancient sorceress.  

The message carved into the sign reads simply:

“Wash your fucking hands.”

Archivists believe the sign dates to the height of the plague, when illness spread rapidly through the cities of the old realm.
